Who we are

Our school is in a small village in Catalonia, Spain. There are about 130 students from 3 to 12 years old in 9 classes. We've got 14 teachers: 9 in the classroom and 5 specialists ( PE, music, Special Needs and two English teachers).

Our classes start at 9 a.m and finish at 4'30 p.m. We've got a two hour lunch break. Some of the children go home and the rest have lunch in the cafeteria.

In our school we study three languages: Catalan, Spanish and English. Our primary language is Catalan so our English accent is pretty different from the Spanish accent because we have more consonant and vowel sounds than Spanish.

Our English blog is a great way to meet other English speaking people in the world and practice English. It's also a fantastic way to learn about different cultures and to let others learn about ours.

Since Burnham school in New Zealand discovered our blog, blogging in English has become an excellent way to practice our English skills. Who needs textbooks with so many fantastic blogs full of ideas!

Thank you Mr. Thurlow!!
